“My mentor was the perfect match. She understood me with often only half a sentence. By giving advice coupled with her own experiences, I often understood what she meant much faster. Normally the sessions were finished, but I still decided to schedule a few more sessions. Just as a finger on the pulse because she can really keep me in balance.”
Amy van Wingen
“The biggest lesson I’ve learned from the mentorship program is that: I am solely responsible for my personal development and career growth. Relying solely on my manager or seniors to advocate for me in the workplace is simply not enough. I must take ownership of my growth journey and actively drive it forward.”
Sunny Mkhungo
“It's essential for me to get this guidance by someone with whom I feel comfortable and who truly understands my experiences. From the first day I met my mentor, she already understood my experiences and struggles, for which she had the right answers. This helped me take significant steps in my personal and professional growth.”
