Educational Partnerships
FÉ's partnerships with educational institutions and industry leaders such as Modefabriek, Amsterdam Fashion Week, enhance the robustness of our mentorship offerings. At FÉ we are dedicated to positive impact and realize the aspiration by actively participating in the initiatives of our like-minded colleagues.
For FÉ, it's about story co-creation with depth, community understanding, and genuine connections, empowering our participants to invest in themselves and to learn how to navigate diverse professional landscapes. These partnerships feed our platform back with real-world insights and expand our network, fostering a community-centric culture. Through these collaborations, we continue to support and inspire the next generation of leaders, encouraging them to be curious, courageous, and community minded.
During Modefabriek's 2023 edition, I've hosted a masterclass about 'The Importance of Storytelling'. The focus was on how to have a community-centric culture & approach which your brand can benefit from. And ensuring that you tell stories beyond the product, tapping into your brand values and purpose. Out of the full program, this masterclass was the only one that was completely booked during both days. In total 120 people attended the masterclass, and it resulted in great new connections.
During Amsterdam Fashion Week Talks & Podcasts, Ashlee Janelle Danso invited professionals from the fashion and creative industries to share actionable insights and educational information about opportunities and challenges. The talk that I participated in revolved around how to get into the fashion industry as a young talent. I was acknowledged as a key opinion leader next to the Editor in Chief of Vogue Netherlands, Yeliz Cicek, and Poyan Rahimzadeh - co-founder of PAL Sporting Goods.
This event took place at Soho House Amsterdam and was hosted by TEN - a networking community for entrepreneurial women. During the panel talk I shared my view, which is investing in yourself and elevating others around you. Throughout this evening likeminded entrepreneurial women had the opportunity to meet and connect. The key takeaway from this panel talk was to follow your gut feeling, be curious, courageous and first and foremost: invest in yourself.
Hosted 2 guest lectures at the Amsterdam Fashion Academy. We discussed several topics, from strengthening a product-focused brand to building a professional and personal brand. I've also shared my experiences in-house at a global brand, the agency-side of working with several fashion clients, as well as being the Founder of FÉ and starting as a Freelance Senior Brand & Marketing Consultant.
As part of the Branding, Image & Identity course, we had an interactive session to discuss navigating your career within the areas of Branding & Marketing. We discussed starting off as a young talent in a global organization, navigating your career in different markets and pivoting into a new direction after climbing the corporate ladder for many years. It was an informal setting where we discussed all these topics through an interactive panel talk.
Hosted three lectures on The Importance & Power of Networking for the students at Artemis Academie. We discussed the misconceptions of networking, the different between networking in-real-life or through digital channels and some tangible and practical tips that could be implemented right away.
As an alumni of the University of Amsterdam I was a part of the Career Event to inspire students on different levels of which roles one can do after graduating. Next to that, I hosted a workshop on 'Crafting Lasting Connections'. Knowledge has no value until it is shared. We discussed the importance of local relevancy, understanding your community and putting your customers in the center. We identified several key elements to craft impactful and compelling stories.
How can we collaborate?
A few suggestions:
Support with building an in-house mentoring program to stimulate mentor-mentee collaborations within your organization.
We can offer lectures and workshops on branding, marketing, leadership and personal development.
Our founder, Stephany Goncalves, can be a part of (panel) talks to offer an educational and inspirational perspective on various topics.
Support schools, academies and universities with developing the scope of the educational programs
We’re open to your suggestions and to collaborate on various projects!
