At FÉ we’re on a mission to bring mentorship to women and to support each other.

There’s a huge responsibility for leaders— in any field of play — to make mentoring a priority and to help cultivate the next generation of leaders and mentors. Olivet Nazarene University surveyed people about professional mentor-mentee relationships. 76% think mentors are important, however, only 37% have one.

At FÉ we’re building a space through women, for women, where you can support each other’s growth through a mentor and mentee collaboration. Characterized by advice and guidance, mentorship marks out a path towards professional growth and future leadership roles.

Our Vision

FÉ is a space that offers mentoring and consulting with the aim to elevate the next generation of female leaders and mentors. Our mission revolves around making education accessible to all, focusing on lifelong learning achieved through collaborative mentor-mentee partnerships and the creation of impactful social projects. We extend our support to mentees spanning diverse industries and global locations.

Current Challenges

At FÉ we strive to overcome the striking intention-action gap of people who think that having a mentor is important and the ones that actually have one. Overcoming the barriers of male dominance stereotypes by fostering participatory values such as diversity and inclusion, we offer the necessary support in professional transformation of the female mentees worldwide. We make quality education accessible via mentoring services, community engagement and tailored development plans with regular guidance. With a structured and impactful approach where trust and resilience are key the future leaders are empowered to reach their aspirations.

Our Promise

  • FÉ's mentoring program prioritizes inclusivity by offering equal opportunities to women from diverse backgrounds. It will engage mentors from various industries to create a strong learning environment. The program aims to develop crucial skills like leadership and critical thinking while promoting lifelong learning.

  • FÉ will continuously assess its effectiveness, gathering feedback and tracking progress to align with SDG4 targets. Collaboration and networking will be fostered through workshops and events, providing women with opportunities to connect, share experiences, and learn from each other.

  • Develop long-term partnerships and -projects with educational organizations and institutions to work towards development of SDG4, always with a focus on combining theory and translating that into practical skills.
