Internship Opportunities

Part-time | Remote | 16–20 hours/week | 6 months

FÉ is a purpose-driven mentoring platform supporting the next generation of women in leadership. As we continue to grow, we’re opening up two internship opportunities for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience while contributing to meaningful, values-led work.

These internships are remote, flexible, and designed around learning by doing. They’re unpaid, but offer mentoring, network introductions, and space to shape your own development.

Mentoring Experience Intern

This role focuses on the full mentoring experience — from the moment they join the program, to staying connected after their sessions end. You’ll help us build strong relationships with our mentees and alumni, and make sure they feel supported throughout their time with FÉ. You’ll also help us think about how we can improve the mentoring experience over time. This is a good role for someone who is organized, thoughtful, and enjoys building trust with others.

Some of the tasks you will support with:

  • Helping new mentees get started and feel welcome

  • Collecting feedback to improve our mentoring program

  • Supporting simple check-ins and follow-ups

  • Keeping track of how people are engaging with the program

  • Working with the Content Intern to share mentee stories

Content Marketing Intern

This role focuses on storytelling — in a clear, creative, and thoughtful way. You’ll help us share updates and messages on Instagram, LinkedIn, and in newsletters. You will design posts, write short texts, and support our communication planning. You’ll work closely with our founder and help make sure our content feels aligned with our tone and mission. This role is great for someone who enjoys writing, design, and social media.

Some of the tasks you will support with:

  • Creating posts and visuals in Canva

  • Writing and planning content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and newsletters

  • Helping organise a content calendar

  • Supporting storytelling from our community

  • Helping us engage with people online (comments, messages)

What You’ll Gain

  • 1-on-1 mentorship and a personal development plan

  • Access to the FÉ mentoring network

  • Portfolio-worthy projects and a strong reference

  • A behind-the-scenes view of a purpose-led, women-focused organization

You don’t need a long CV to apply. We’re looking for students or early-career individuals who are curious, proactive, and ready to grow. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Instagram, and LinkedIn is a plus. You’ll work independently, with weekly check-ins and ongoing guidance from FÉ’s founder.

To apply, please fill in this form. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

“Working with FÉ has shown me that hands-on experience can be received while contributing to something bigger — a meaningful social mission of nurturing the next generation of female leaders.
